RESOLUTION NO, 2422
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABUSHING A BOULEVARD
"STOP SIGN" AT RODEO DRIVE AT ITS INTERSECTION
WITH MERCEDES LANE
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish' a boulevard "Stop
Sign" at Rodeo Drive at its intersection with Mercedes Lane:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "Stop Sign" be placed on Rodeo Drive at the
northwest corner, and southeast corner of Rodeo Drive and
Mercedes Lane, so as to stop westbound and eastbound traffic
before crossing Mercedes Lane. See Exhibit "A",
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo I
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or
markings to indicate said stop signs.
On motion of Council Member Dougall ,seconded by Council
Member Olsen , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council M3lDers Dougall, Olsen, Iobots and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council M311ber Smith
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 25 th day of September, 1990.
