RESOLUTION NO. 2419
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2400 WHICH
ACCEPTED A GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFOaNIA
AND APPROPRIATING NECESSARY FUNDS FOR ESCROW FEES
WHEREAS, on July 12, 1990 by Resolution No. 2400, the City of
Arroyo Grande accepted the grant of real property for open space,
recreational trails and park purposes from REUBEN KVIDT, General
partner, and CARL SHIELD, General Partner, OAK PARK ACRES: and """
WHEREAS, the legal description qiven in the first paragraph of I
Resolution Ho. 2400 was incorrect, and must be corrected before a I
i
policy of title insurance can be issued, the grant deed and i
certificate of acceptance recorded, and the escrow closed.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande amends Resolution NO. 2400, and approves the
following correct legal description of property accepted by the
city:
Lot 14 of Parcel Map AG 79-840, in the city of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the map recorded October 3, 1980 in
Book 29, Page 79 of Parcel Maps.
