RESOLUTION NO. 2417
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2195, WHICH ADOPTED FEES AND FINES FOR
VARIOUS SERVICES, PERMITS, LICENSES AND INFRACTIONS
.
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande performs certain services
and issues permits and licenses, which benefit specific
individuals and businesses; and
WHEREAS, such services, permits and licenses are to be paid
by those individuals and businesses who receive such services,
I permits. and licenses; and i!
WHEREAS, those fees involving services, permits, and
licenses provided by and/or through the Police Department as
adopted in Resolution No. 2195 no longer reflect the true costs
of providing such services, permits, and licenses; and
WHEREAS, additional costs for services, permits and licenses
provided by and/or through the Police Department which benefit
specific individuals and businesses have been identified:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande hereby amends Resolution. No. 2195, and adopts the fee
schedule for the Police Department as shown on Attached Exhibit
"A".
