RESOLUTION NO. 2415
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABUSHING
A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF HILLCREST DRIVE
(1320-1342 HILLCREST DRIVE)
(MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion
of Hillcrest Drive, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
, Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
northerly frontage of Hillcrest Drive, extending l
from the southeasterly comer of 1320 Hillcrest
Drive, thence westerly to a point on the
cnortherly right-of-way line, one hundred twenty
\ ,seven (127') west of the southeasterly comer of
1320 Hillcrest Drive.
BB IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized' to provide and install suff'icient signs and/or
markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Smith seconded by Council Member Dougall
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
A YES: Council Members Smith, Dougall, Moots, Olsen and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None "
