RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING
CITY REPRESENTATIVES TO ACQUIRE FEDERAL SURPLUS
PROPERTY FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, Federal regulations require eligibility files to be
updated periodically; and
WHEREAS, the files reveal the requirement for the City of
Arroyo Grande to renew its eligibility;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande, and hereby ordered that the officials whose
, names, titles, and signatures are listed below shall be and are
, hereby authorized as our representatives to acquire Federal surplus
i property from the California State Agency for Surplus Property
I.- under certain terms and conditions.
