RESOLUTION NO., 2389
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A TAX
PROCEEDS EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION LIMIT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-1991
THE CITY COUNCI~ OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES
that the Fiscal 1990-1991 expenditure appropriation limit from tax
proceeds is $6,920,808, in accordance with Article XIIIB of the
California Constitution (Prop. 4, SB1352).
On motion of Council Member Moots, seconded by Council Member -
Dougall, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Moots, Dougall, Smith, Olsen and Mayor
Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of
