A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ,

OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING
A "NO PARKING EXCEPT BY CITY PERMIT" ZONE i
ON ORCHARD, WEST CHERRY AND ARROYO AVENUES,
CALIFORNIA STREET AND PILGRIM WAY i

(MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 4-3.05)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a "No
Parking Except by city PerJllit" zone on an area southerly of Fair
Oaks Avenue and westerly of state Highway 101, as specifically ,

I described below: i
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city i
L- of Arroyo Grande, as follows: I
That a."No Parking Except by City Permit" zone between i
7:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Weekends and Holidays Excluded,
be established on both sides of Orchard Avenue, West i
Cherry Avenue (westerly of State Highway 101), Arroyo I
Avenue, California Street and Pilgrim Way. ,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the city
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and ,
I
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No
~.-.. . . Parking Except by City perJllit" zone.
On motion of Council Member Olsen, seconded by Council Member I
Dougall, and on the following roll call vote, to wit: I

NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Smith and Mayor Millis
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 27th day of
