RESOLUTION NO. 2376
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADDING
RATES FOR CURBSIDE RECYCLING
WHEREAS, it is the City Council's desire to implement a
Curbside Recycling Program: and "
WHEREAS, this program will be City-wide and include all
residential and commercial interests.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council grants
South County Sanitary service, Inc. , a non-exclusive contract to I
commence this program at its earliest convenience.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that rates to be charged to J
residential and commercial businesses will be as follows:
a) Residential rates per month shall be $.50.
b) Commercial rates per month shall be 7.81 percent.
On motion of Council Member Moots, seconded by Council Member
! Smith, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Member Moots, Smith, Olsen and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Council Member Dougall
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of
March, 1990.
