RESOLUTION NO. 2371
A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABUSHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF V AU.EY ROAD (V AU.EY ROAD
FRONTAGE OF GOSPEL UGHTHOUSE)(MUNICIPAL CODE
SEC, 4-3.05) (SUPERSEDES RESOLUTION NO. 2275)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a "No Parking" zone on
a portion of Valley Road, as specifically described below:
NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follow:
That a "No Parking" zOne between 8:00 a,m. - 4:00 p.rn. be
established on the westerly frontage of Valley Road extending '-'
from a point forty feet (40') south of the centerli1le of the
intersection of Fair Oaks Avenue and Valley Road, southerly
to a point on the westerly right of way line, two hundred eighty-
four feet (284') southerly of the centerline of the intersection
of Fair Oaks Avenue and Valley Road. See Exhibit "A".
BE IT FURTIlER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings
to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Dougall , seconded by Council Member
Olsen , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: COuncil Members Dougall, Olsen and Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Millis am COuncil Member ~ts
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13ti11ay of February 1990.
