RESOLUTION NO. 2369
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABUSHING A BOULEVARD
"STOP SIGN" AT JAMES WAY AT ITS INTERSECI10N
WITH COUNA STREET
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a boulevard "Stop Sign"
at James Way at its intersection with Colina Street:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a "Stop Sign" be placed on James Way at the northeast
comer, and southwest comer of James Way and Colina Street,
so as to stop westbound and eastbound traffic before crossing -...I
Colina Street. See Exhibit "A".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings
to indicate. said stop signs.
On motion of Council Member. Dougall , seconded by Council Member
Olsen ,and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Olsen and Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member tb:>ts and Mayor Millis
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13 th day of February, 1990.
