NCN, .~, BE 1'1' RBSCLYm that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby approves said Lot Line Adjustment No. 89-480 subject to the following conditions. ' 1. The applicant shall ascertain and carply with all State, County and City requirements as are applicable to this project. 2. Developnent shall occur in substantial conformance with the plans presented to the Planning CQnni.ssion at the meeting of January 16, 1990 and IIBI'ked "Exhibit A". . 3. Developnent shall conform with the PO zoning requirements and Ordinance 355 C.S. unless otherwise approved. 4. The lot line adjustment shall be reflected in a record of survey which shall be recorded. A IlU'lar copy of the recorded nap shall be subnitted to the Public Works Department. 5. All new lot lines shall be located a mininun of two feet (2') fran existing man made slopes.
