A RBSOLUTION or THB CITY COUNCIL or THB CITY OF
ARROYO GRANJ)B"AUTHORIZING THE CREATION OP REVOLVING
ACCOUNT BANK CARD DEBT WITH LOCAL COMMERCIAL BANKS

WHEREAS, it is advantageous to the City of Arroyo Grande to
manage certain business activity through revolving account debt
with the use of bank charge cards.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY CODNCIL or THE CITY or ARROYO GRANDE
. HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS,
1. That the Arroyo Grande City Finance Director is
hereby authorized to establish such bank card accounts, which will
be used for creation of revolving account debt, with local
commercial banks, "
2. That various employees of the City are authorized to
utilize such bank cards for appropriate. City business, as
necessary; and
3. That such revolving debt shall be discharged
routinely via normal course payment by the Finance Department, in
accord with duties outlined in City Code Title 2, Chapter 8.
On motion of Council Member Moots, seconded by Council Member
Olsen, and on the fOllowing roll call vote, to wit:

ABSENT: Council Member Dougall and Mayor Millis
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day of
January, 1990.
