RESOLUTION NO. 2353
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CmES OF ARROYO GRANDE, GROVER CITY AND
PISMO BEACH FOR THE REVISION OF THE OAK PARK INTERCHANGE
WHEREAS, a cooperative agreement for revision of the Oak Park Interchange has
been presented by the State of California Department of Transportation and the Cities of
Arroyo Grande, Grover City and Pismo Beach; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of the City of Arroyo Grande that
said agreement be executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is hereby approved,
and the Mayor of the City of Arroyo Grande is hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of said City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Council Member Smith seconded by Council Member
~ts and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
A YES: Council Members Smith, ~ts, Dougall, Olsen and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of November, 1989.
