RESOLUTION NO. 2351
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
DECLARING ITEM TO BE PLACED
ON A SURPLUS PROPERTY UST
FOR SALE OR AUCTION
WHEREAS, The City of Arroyo Grande Public Works Department has a reservoir
tank which is no longer usable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Arroyo Grande does
declare as surplus and authorize the sale or auction of the following
equipment:
1. Miller Way Temporary Reservoir Tank
110,000 gallons, 3 ring, 3,000 barrel
galv. A.P.I. 12 B bolted steel tank
with coned deck
On motion of Council Member Smith seconded by Council Member
Dougall , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Dougall, Olsen, M:Jots and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this24thlay of October, 1989.
