RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "SIXTY (60)
MINUTE PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF 'l'RAFFIC
WAY C146 TRAFFIC WAY) ENCOMPASSING A MINIMUM
OF THREE (3) PARKING SPACES (REPEAL RESOWTION
NO. 2319)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a
"Sixty (60) Minute Parking" zone on a portion of Traffic Way as
specifically described below:
NOW, 'l'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "sixty (60) Minute Parking" zone be
established on the westerly frontage of
Traffic Way, extending from a point one
hundreCl forty-five feet (145') south of the
intersection of the centerlines of Station Way
i and Traffic Way, thence southerly to a point
on the westerly right-of-way line, two hundred
I forty feet (240') south of the intersection of
I the centerlines of Station Way and Traffic
Way. See Exhibit "A".

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the city
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "sixty
(60) Minute parking" Zone.

Council Member Dougall , and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Melrbers smith, Dougall,~, Olsen and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
