RESOLUTION NO. 2.nL
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A BOULEVARD
STOP SIGN ON ALDER STREET AT ASH STREET
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a
boulevard stop sign at the intersection of Alder Street at Ash
street, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a stop sign be placed on Alder Street
at the northwest and southeast corners of the
intersection of Alder Street and Ash Street, so
as to stop southbound and northbound traffic
before crossing Ash Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the city
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said stop
signs.
On motion of Council Member Smith , seconded by Council
Member Moots , and on the following roll call vote, to
wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Moots, Olsen and Mayor Millis
NOES: Council Member Dougall
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of
August, 1989.
