RESOLUTION NO. 2338
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF TALLY HO ROAD (191 - 199
TALLY HO ROAD) (MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit
parking on a portion of Tally Ho Road, as specifically described
below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No parking" zone be established on the
westerly frontage of Tally Ho Road, extending
from a point four hundred twenty feet (420' )
north of the centerline of the intersection of
Via La Barranca and Tally Ho Road, thence
northerly to a point on the westerly right-ot-
way line, six hundred twenty five feet (625')
north of the centerline of the intersection of
Via La Barranca and Tally Ho Road. See
Exhibit "A".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the city
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No
Parking" Zone. ,
On motion of Council Member Smith , seconded by Council
Member Dougall , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, DougaU, /obots, Olsen and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
