RESOWTION NO. 2337
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A PEDESTRIAN
CROSSWALK ACCROSS VARD LOOMIS LANE AT VARD
LOOMIS COURT
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable for pedestrian
safety to establish a pedestrian crosswalk on Vard Loomis Lane at
the east of Vard Loomis Court:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council-of the city
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a pedestrian crosswalk be established
across Vard Loomis Lane at the east line of
Vard Loomis Court. See Exhibit "A".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the city
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said
pedestrian crosswalk.
On motion of Council Member Smith , seconded by council
Member Olsen , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Ma11bers Smith, Olsen, ~ts and Mayan'Millis
NOES: Council MeI1tJer Dougall
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 2200. day of
August, 1989.
