RESOLUTION NO. 2317
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING
THE DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS PURSUANT TO CITY
POLICE DEPARTMENT GENERAL ORDER NO. 020
WHEREAS, Arroyo Grande Police Department General Order No. 020
sets forth the procedure for records retention and destruction; and
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described records are authorized to
be destroyed under the provisions of General Order No. 020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
The hereinafter described records are no longer required, and
may be destroyed without making copies thereof,
Said records are described as follows:
All of those records described on the attached
schedule marked Exhibit "A."
On motion of Council Member Dougall, seconded by Council
Member Olsen, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Olsen, Moots and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Smith
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 2Jrd day of
May, 1989.
