RESOLUTION NO. 2312
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN
A FREEWAY AGREEMENT WITH THE
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES
that the Mayor and City Engineer be authorized to execute a Freeway
Agreement, and the Exhibit "A" map attached thereto, with the State
of California Department of Transportation concerning Highway Route
101 in the City of Arroyo Grande Between the South City Limit near
EI campo Road and the North City Limit at Oak Park Boulevard,
subject to the condition that a similar agreement be executed by
the appropriate agency to construct Southbound on and off ramps in
the vicinity of 12th Street at EI Camino Real.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member
Moots, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Moots, Olsen, Dougall and Mayor
Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 17th day of
May, 1989.
