OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTINC CERTAIN PROPERTY
DEED~:D IW DON AND RUTH FINK AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
(GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 27281)
WHEREAS, Don Cregoire Fink and Ruth Ermalene Fink, owners of
prope~ty at 421 Cornwall Avenue, are constructing a sidewalk 00
their p&rcel and desire to preserve an existinq palm tree located

WHEREAS, the t.:idewalk ~/ill be maintained by the City at an
offset. from the curb and gutter to accommodato the palin tree, and

as shown on Exhibit "A" attilched hereto, aJ'ld the Certificate
