The City Council met in regular session with
Nfayor Moore presiding.
On roT1 +~ai1 Councilmen Moore~Phillips and Poole reported
present~Councilman Br.isco came in later~Gibson absent.
The minutes of the preveious meeting were read and
approved as r~ead.
Mr.J.A.Beckett cam~ before the Council and proposed the
opening of Tally-Ho Str.from LePoint Str.through old lake
bed to Hilliker & Woodbury Tract~saying he would donate the
land,providing the City of Arroyo Grande would pay for the
survey thereof.After discussion it was decided to await
developments of a possible secondary highway to be con-
structed by the State.

Now therePore be it resolved; ~
That the City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande be~and
he is hereby instructed to enter this resolution on the
minutes of the Council as a statement of acceptance of said
Memorandum of Agreement.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of Arroyo Grande on
this 19th.day of February 1936 by the f'ollowing vote.
