City Council met in regular session with Itiiayor S. Gibson
in the chair.
Upon roll call Councilmen Conrad, Phillips, Sdhnyder and
'Nhitlock reported present. Absent none.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved as read.
Communications read and orderecT placed on file.
Nir. Floyd Hoover 4~peared to ask that the Counc~l grant
permission to the Fisma ~erchants $aseball Team to erect
~'No Parking" signs'al.ong ~ell and ~falnut Streets in the immediate
vic:inity of the ball diamond, from the hour of ~ne o'clock
until Pive o'clock P. ~I. on da~r~ :wherl~.~hey are holding games.
Motion regularly seconded and carried that this permission be
granted.
l~egular annual clean up period to start May 15th. and end
Niay 29th. duri.ng which time City will haul weeds and grass
after the same is plaQed on the eurb line. yny property which
is not cleaned up at the end of this period will be cleaned
by the City and the expense charged to the property.
Claims against the General Fund in the amount of $ 774.30
and the Water Fund in the amoun~ of ~ 383.05 were audited, approved
and ordered paid.
No further business appearing and upon motion the meeting
was adjourned.
