Gibson in the chair.

reported present. Councilman Phillips absent.
Communications read and ordered placed on file.
henry ~gueda appeared before the Board to try and sell the
City the new international truck which he has as it is too
large for his purposes. No action taken by the Board.

Harry A. lruesdale, C'ity ~uditor~ submitted his annual
report to the Council which was, upon motion regularly
seconded and carried~ accepted by the Council.
Claims against the General rund in the amount of $788~~4
and the V~iater rund in the amount of $564.57 were audited~
approved and ordered paid.
No further business appearing and upon mo~tion the meeting
was adjourned.
