RESOLUTION NO. 2299
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 1885 WHICH ESTABLISHED A NO PARKING
ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF TRAFFIC WAY
(330 TRAFFIC WAY)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande as follow:
Resolution No. 1885, which established a "No
Parking" zone on the west side of Traffic Way
(330 Traffic Way), is hereby repealed as
follows:
That the "No parking" zone be removed
extending from a point one hundred twenty feet
(120') north of the intersection of the
centerllnes of Traffic Way and Fair Oaks
Avenue to a point two hundred ninety feet
(290') north of the intersection of the
centerlines of Traffic Way and Fair Oaks
Avenue..
On motion of Council Member Dougall , seconded by
Council Member Moots I and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Moots, smith, Olsen and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of
March, 1989.
