RESOLUTION NO. 2298
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A LIMITED
PARKING ZONE ON A PORTION OF EL CAMINO REAL
(SUPERSEDES RESOLUTION NO. 1171)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish
certain parking restrictions on a portion of EI Camino Real, as
described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande as follows:
That a twelve (12) hour limited parking zone
be established beginning at the southerly edge
of the'Halcyon Road off-ramp of State Highway
101, thence continuing southerly five hundred
and eighty feet (580').
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings along said portion of EI
Camino Real to indicate the restricted parking area as set forth
above.
On motion of Council Member M:Jots , seconded by
Council Member Dougall , and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Member I><bots, Dougall, Olsen, Smith and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of
