RESOLUTION NO. 2296
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF RANCHO PARKWAY
(COMMERCIAL PORTION) (MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit
parking on a portion of Rancho Parkway, as specifically described
below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
westerly and southerly frontage of Rancho
Parkway, extending from a point thirty feet
(30' ) north of the intersection of the
centerlines of West Branch street and Rancho
Parkway, thence northerly to a point on the
westerly and easterly right-of-way line, eight
hundred ten feet (810') north of the
intersection of the centerlines of West Branch
street and Rancho Parkway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the city
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No
Parking" Zone.
On motion of Council Member Dougall , seconded by
Council Member ~th , and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, ~th, Olsen, Moots and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of
