RESOLUTION NO, 2294
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
DECLARING ITEMS TO BE PLACED
ON A SURPLUS PROPERTY LIST
FOR SALE OR AUCTION
,
WHEREAS, the city of Arroyo Grande Public Works Department has
certain property, including a reservoir level gauge and a three
point hitch, which are no longer usable because of age and/or state
of repair.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Arroyo Grande
does declare as surplus and authorize the sale or auction of the
following equipment:
1. Bristol Babcock Dynamaster Recorder
Serial No. 81A-19087
MOdel No. 4631-10C-061-131-31J-KOO
(Reservoir level gauge)
2. Gannon three point hitch
Serial No. 295
Model No. H420LR
On motion of Council Member Dougall , seconded by Council
Member Smith , and on the fallowing roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Smith, Olsen, Moots and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of
March, 1989.
