RESQLUTION I17
A R~solution of the City Council amending Hesolution I13
by providin~ that the ~etty Cash t~'und be increased up to the
sum of $ I00.00.

'T'he matter of overlong parking of a business equipage on a
publie thoraughfare was discussed at length and as applied to
the casg of the jew~~ry repair sedan of A.Gruenstein he was given
unti~ Jttne Ist. in which to find a lot on which to park.
A d'~lagation from the City ~'ire Dept. appeared to suggest to
the Coa~neil that the members of the Department be compensated
by the 6ity in the f'orm of an annual lump sum as a token of
appreciation for services rendered and equipment donated.Upon
motion by Council~?an Thelander~secanded by Councilman Phillips
and unanimousl.y passed the Council voted to make this sum ~ Ipp.00

~pon motion regularly moved~seconded and passed without
dissent the Council accepted the resignation of Fire Chief
Norton and then appointed Harry Hart to fill this post.
