RESOLUTION NO. 2289
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "TWO (2) HOUR
PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF FAIR VIEW DRIVE
(155-157 FAIR VIEW DRIVE) ENCOMPASSING A
MINIMUM OF FOUR (4) PARKING PACES
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a
"Two (2) Hour Parking" on a portion of Fair View Drive as
specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "Two (2) Hour Parking" zone be
established on the westerly frontage of Fair
View Drive extending from a point one hundred
ten feet (110' ) north of the intersection of
the centerlines of Grand Avenue and Fair View
Drive, thence northerly to a point on the
westerly right-of-way line two hundred fifty
five feet (255') north of the intersection of
the centerlines of Grand Avenue and Fair View
Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "Two (2)
Hour Parking" Zone.
On motion of Council Member Olsen , seconded by
Council Member Dougall , and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Olsen, Dougall, Moots, Smith and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of
