~here was a limited discussion oP miscl. subjects~
~ ineluding writing of licenses by the City Rdarshall and
the problem of Squirrels near the High ~chool and the
City Reservoir Site.It was ruled that this la.tter be
, attended to by the Marshall and ~pt.Ewzr~g.

The matter of an error t2~at appeared in the ~i~.oP
improvement valuations on ta~c bill # 252I was discussed
with the Council and the City ~ittorney.The t~ttorney agreed
to furnishthe proper forms for the correct handling of this case and
to have them available at a Zater meetin~.
Claims against the General Fund in the amount oP ~ 857.97~
the 'Water Fund in the amount o~ ~ 66~.42 and the Water Deposit
Fund in the amount of $ 36.40 were audited~approved an.d
ordered paid.
No f.urther business appearing and upon motion the
meeting was adjourned.
