RESOLUTION NO. 2288
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "TWO (2) HOUR
PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF MONTEGO STREET
(1203 MONTEGO STREET) ENCOMPASSING A MINIMUM
OF ONE (1) PARl<ING SPACE
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a
"Two (2) Hour Parking" on a portion of Montego Street as
specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "Two (2) Hour Parking" zone be
established on the southerly frontage of
Montego Street extending from a point at the
intersection of the westerly line of 1203
Montego Street and the southerly line of
Montego Street; thence easterly, seventy five
feet (75') to the point of intersection of the
easterly line ot 1203 Montego Street and the
southerly line of Montego Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "Two (2)
Hour Parking" Zone.
On motion of council Member Dougall . seconded by
Council Member M:X>ts , and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, M:X>ts, Olsen, Smith and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of
February, 1989.
