Upon rol.l call Councilmen Philligs~Thelander
and Menny reparted present.Absent Councilman achnyder.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Communications read and ordered filed.
Mr.and Mrs.Dammman of the Cozy Corner Motel~
appeared before the Council to diseuss the ma.tter of
opening the tv~~enty foot wide alley that is located in
the rear of their property.;~fter a review oP this matter
it was agreed by all parties concerned to have this
alley opened in the near future.
The Council agreed to tear down the old building
that is located on the City Park ~ite and is not
being used for any purpose at the present time.The
material~ obtained to be used to erect a structure
back of the City Hall to house equipment.
No fllrther business appearin~ and upon motion
the meeting was adjourned.
