Mr Harri~ the City Attorney ~ave a r~port on the giving of a Taxi Franehise and said the City could give such a~'r~.rr-~,~~ chise but he did not think it was advisable and said it was optional ~.s tia whether the City wanted to allow a Taxi stand.
