hereby approves IDt Line Adjlstment No. 88-46'1 and adoption of Negative Declaration, subject to the
following conditionsl
1. Developnent shall OCCII' In SlUtantial conformance with the p1ans ap[1'Oved by the City Council
on Deceni>er 13, 1988.
