RESOLUTION NO. 2276
A RESOLUTION Of' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF LINDA DRIVE
(MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 4-3.05)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit
parking on a portion of Linda Drive, as specifically described
below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on
that portion of the asphalt concrete berm
inside Linda Drive in the Southeast corner of
Linda Drive and Brisco Road, extending from a
point at the centerline of Linda Drive, thence
Southwesterly along said berm, eleven (11')
feet from the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the city
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No
parking" Zone.
On motion of Council Member Dougall , seconded by
Council MeJnber Moots , and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Counci 1 Members Dougall, Moots, Smi th and Mayor Mi 11 is
NOES: None
ABSEN'r: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of
