RESOLUTION NO. 2273
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2016 AND ADOPTING
NEW RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR THE COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the City of Arroyo
Grande as follows:
1. The City Council Rules of Procedure, adopted by Resolution
No. 2016 on January 27, 1987 are hereby rescinded, and new Rules
of Procedure are adopted to read in full as set forth upon Exhibit
A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to post
copies and/or extracts of said Rules in suitable places for the
- ~uidance of persons having business with this council.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member
Moots, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Moots, Dougall and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of
December, 1988.
