approved as read.
Collision Insurance on the Jeep Was discussed and a raotion xas a~ade
by Councilman Da~nari~ Second~d bT Conncilman Dixson to put ~1000 Collision vn
the Jeep. Motion carried.
Councilman Dixson reported the ~urbs and Sidewalks xere in at the hall
and he wou3.d like to turn the Pinish of the Yard over to Mr. ~e Coy.
Patching of streets xas discussed and ~r. Me ~oy was authorized to
ha~e material hauled for ro ad mix and also to se~ if it would be possible to
get a good used loader and find out Whst one ~rould cost.
Mr. Harris read a copy of an agreement on the xater to the Briaco
Tract and eaid he vould hs~ve it p~epared for th~ next yaeeting. ,
Amending of the Buainess License Ordinanae xs~s diaeussed and aii~all
Counci~ members ~rere not present, very littl~ could be done and Mr. Harris sa3d
he wotald be glad to meet with the Council a~t a special meeting to xork ori it
after the first xeek in Yugust.
Billa sga.inst the (ieneral Fund for ~1,lt85.80 and the Water P'artd for
~ 112.50 , were audited, approved and ordered paid.
