Mayor Waiters called a Special meeting of the Council, to discuss
~ Meter Installation in the Brisco Tract. Present were Mayor ~aiters, Gouneil•
' men Purcell, Dixson, Dammann and Conrad.
C Councilman Purcell reported to i`1r. J. J. Schnyder, that the map
pf Brisco Tract would have all the information on it in a few daya and ~e
could bhen have hi~ cvpy made.
~ Councilman Purcell reported the Water line along Grand Avenue~
Brisco Road and u to the Brisco Tract was now in and he recommended that

Water Meters now b~ installed, or take out the Water 1ine, the installatiorls
were discussed and Mr. J. J. Schnyder protested meter installations ontthe
tie ins without a payment from property owners. ~
A motion was made by Councilman Purcell, seconded by Councilman
Daminann, to make meter installations on Brisco Tract, except on the t~e ins.
The ~ie ins and attachments there to to be discussed at a later date. t3n
