I The recommendations of the Pla.rining Commission for tioning.and rezoning were

discussed and ~ motion was m~.de by Councilma,n Kerr, seconded by Councilman Hurt to
accept the recommenda.tions of tfie Planning ~ommission znd authorizing Mr. Ks~etz~el
to dra.w up the Resolution in accordance with Ordinance ~ 95. Al1 r~embers voted Aye.
Mr. Niagota a.nd Nir. Thompson the Assessment Engineer~, were present to di~cuss

~:nd explain the propoaed Improvement District.

For s~ fee of ~300.00 this firm proposes to perform the following prelimir~ry
studies in connaction with the sub3ect pro~ect:
1. Inveatiga.tion of existing trunk line and Imhoff tank.
2. Prelimins~ry design of new facilities, if needed ~

After di~cussion of the above propos~ls a motion wzs ma.de by ~ouncilman
Kirkpatrick, seconded by ~ouncilman Sturges authorizing Daniel, Mann, Johnsor~ and
Mendenhall to proceed with the preliminary surveys as outlined in their lttter.
All mtmbera voted Aye.
Representatives from the vr~tional Cash Register Company were present to
discuss Bookkeeping machines and it was decided to wait a ycar or so before any
further discussion. ~

is in the City limits wzs discussed.
Bills a.gainst the General Fund for ~3971.~t1, the W~,ter Fund for ~1~173.76, znd
the Water Deposit Fund for ~27.85 were audited, approved. and ordered paid.
41 motion by ~ouncilm~n Stur~~s znd seconded by Councilmzn Kerr authorized the
tra.nsfer of vouchers ~ l~3-1~l~-I~S. All members voted Aye. '
A long discussion on parking problems followed and it was zgxeed to continue
the discussion at the next meeting ar:d a notice be put in the pnv~r so anyone
int~rested could Attend the rneetin~.
