~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI1'Y
OF ARROYO GRABDE RECOIOIEJIDIliG APPROVAL OF LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT CASE NO. 88-464, LOTS 31 TO 43 OF TRACT NO.
741 "WILDWOOD RABCH".
WHEREAS. the city Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has considered Lot
Line Adjustment Case No. 88-464 in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Subdivision
of the City of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that this project is consistent with
the General Plan and the Environmental Documents associated therewith, and a
Negative Declaration has been declared under the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and
WHERbAS. the City Council has further found that this project is consistent
with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS. this site is physically suitable for the proposed type and density
of development because all yards, open spaces, setbacks, fences and walls,
parking areas and other features can be accommodated; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision design is not likely to cause substantial
and considerable damage to the natural environment, including fish, wildlife or
their habitat; and
WHEREAS. said Lot Line Adjustment was referred to various City Departments
and the Staff Advisory Committee and recommendation.
WIIEREAS. said Lot Line Adjustment was reviewed by the Planning Commission
of thi: City of Arroyo Grande and received approval from the Commission on
September 6, 1988.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande hereby approves said Lot Line Adjustment No. 88-464 subject to the
following conditions:
1. Development shall occur in substantial conformance with the plans
approved by the Planning Commission on September 6, 1988.
On motion by Council Member Porter, seconded by Council Member Moots, and
by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Porter, Moots, Johnson, Millis and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of September, 1988,
