5p~cial me~ting called to rru~ke a decision on leasing of portion of City
F~rm. riayor Burt presided. Pr~sent Councilmen Lec, Pence, Dixson and Brennan.
After discussing the leasing of the land a motion~was made by Council:n~n
Brennan, seconded by Councilman Dixson to lease twenty zcres, more or less, at
~75.00 pcr acre for a four year term and ~lso the City to pay the difference on
the well to the standards for City use. I~iotion carried.
On motion of Councilr~an i3rennan it was zgreed that Mr. Hu.rris prepare the "
lease and the M~yor zuthorized to sign th~ lease for the ~ity. Any permanent .
improvements to revert to the City. jhe motion wzs seconded by Councilman
