5pecial meeting called to make a decision on leasing of portion of City
Fzrm. Mayor Burt presided. Present Councilmen Lee, Pence, Dixson and Brennan.
After discussing the leasing of the land a motion~was made by Council:nzn '
13rennan, seconded by Councilman Dixson to lease twenty zcres, more or less, at
~b75.00 per acre for a four year tcrm and also the City to pay the difference on
the well to the standards for City use. l~iotion carried.
On motion of Councilman Brennan it was a.greed that Mr. Ha,rris prepare th~
lease ~nd the Mayor zuthorized to sign the lease for the ~ity. Any permanent . ,
improvements to revert to the City. ihe motion wzs seconded by Councilman
Dixson and motion c~rried. I~Ieeting adjourned. ;
