presided and present were Councilman yee and Pence. Council~en
Jacobs and Brennan absent. Councilman Brennan had discusaed the
matter with A~r. ,~n.derson and given his approval. Councilman ~ee
made the ~otian~ seconded by Councilm~n Fenc~ that the City take,

care of the cost on the surface pipe ~nd the large si~e pipe, the
35 ft. to be at ~16.50 per f't. and appro~cimately 24() ft of the
l~rger pipe necessary to be at 2.50 per ft. Motion carried.
