The last U, S. Govern~ent Bond from the ~?ater Fund hav3,n~ matured it
was suggested to invest in another bond.
Bil1s against the Uenera], Fund for ~3286.1lt and the Water Fund for
~689~.3$ were audited approved and ordered paid.

An informal meeting of the Council was held to meet with l~r. Aqartin Polin
to discuss the burbs and gu.tters to the proposed Service Station on his gro-
perty at Halcyon Road and 101. Pr~sent Mayor 3urt, Cauncilrr~n Fer~,ce and Brennan.
Absent Councilmen Lee and Jacobs. Mr. McLennan and Anderson were preser~t ta~th
I~. Polin.
After di,~cussion it was agreed to permit a 15 ft. curb and gutter on
Halcyon Road and 10 ft. on 103 at the corner by the cemetery,. ,
On the easterly corner of the station a 20 ft curb and gutter on the
curved corner, a 5 ft curb and gutter as shown otherwi~e on either ends, The
Halcyon Road Gutter rer+9ains as is but extended 1~ ft., the rest of the gutter
moves out 1Q ft. ~
Tt was also recommended there be 5 ft. protecting the sign on Halcyon Ra~d.
