RESOLUTION NO. 2244
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PAlUCING" ZONE
ON A PORTION OF WEST BRANCH STREET (200 WEST
BRANCH STREET) (MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS , it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit
parking on a portion of West Branch Street, as specifically
described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on
the northeasterly frontaqe of West Branch
street, extending from a point thirty feet
(30 ') north of the intersection of the
-J centerlines of Grand Avenue and West Branch
Street, thence northerly to a point on the
northeasterly right-of-way line, two hundred
ten feet (210 ') north of the intersection of
the centerlines of Grand Avenue and West
Branch Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the city
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and.
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No
Parking" Zone.
On motion of council Member Johnson, seconded by Council
Member Moots, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
