Adjourned Meeting
The City Council met in an adjourned meeting with
Mayor Burt presiding. Present were Councilman Lee,
Pence, Jacobs and Hartwig. Absent None.
ORDINANCE N0. 148
AN ORDINALaTCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
CALLING FOR A SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD
0N THE ~~th DAY OF AUGUST, ~960, PERTAINING
TO THE ANNEXATION OF "OCEANO-HALCYON ANNEX°,
ALSO KNOWN AS "OCEANO ANNEX", TO THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRAlrTDE .
A motion was made by Council.man Jacobs, seconded
by Councilman Pence, to dispense with-reading the
balance of the Ordinance. All members voted "Aye".
On motion of Councilman Hartwig, seconded by
Councilman Pence and on the following roll call
vote, to-wit:
AY$S: Bu~t, Lee, Pence, Jacobs,,Hartwig
NOES: None
ABSENTs None
the foregoing Ordinance was adopted t~his 5th day
of July, 1960.
No further business, upon motion the meeting
adjourned.
