RESOLUTION NO. 2232
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARI<ING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF LINDA DRIVE AND BENNETT
AVENUE (MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04)
(Supersedes Resolution No. 2150 and No. 2214)
WHEREAS , it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit
parking on a portion of the Linda Drive and Bennett Avenue, as
specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the
City of Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on
either side of the driveway aprons on Linda
Drive and Bennett Avenue specifically shown
on the attached plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City
of Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and
install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate said "No
Parking" Zone.
On motion of Council Member Porter , seconded by
Council Member Johnson , and on the following roll
call vote,"to wit:
AYES: Council Members Porter, Johnson, Moots, Millis and Mayor Mankins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day
of May, 1988.
