September 30, 1960.
7:30 p.m.
The City Council met in an adjourned meeting with Mayor
Burt presiding. Present were Councilmen Lee, Pence, Jacobs
and Hartwig.
Mr. Harris submitted a letter stating his opinion on
the Garbage Franchise. ~he letter was read and ordered
, filed by the City Council. There was no action taken.
A motion was made by Councilman Jacobs, seconded by
Councilman Hartwig to purchase the Clas's 32 Nation Cash
Register machine on a 36 month lease plan. Al1 members
present voted "Aye".
No further business appearing, upon motion the
meeting was adjourned, at 8:45 p.m.

On-motion of Councilman Lee, seconded by .Couneilman
Hartwig, warrants against the General Fund for_$7,837.40,
the Water Fund for $1,245.71, the Special Gas.Tax-Fund for
$966.82, and the Water Deposit Fund for_$32.00 were approved
and ordered paid. All members voted"Aye.°
On motion of~Counci].man Jacobs, seconded;by Councilman
I,ee v€~ucners ; No. 16 thru 24 were approved and` ordered
transferred. All members voted "Aye".
