5:30 p.m.
The City Council met in an adjourned session_with Mayor
Burt presiding. Present were Councilmen Lee, Pence, Jacobs ,
and Hartwig.
The proposals received-from three engineering firms
for the ~risco Hill Reservoir were reviewed. Mr. Anderson`
was to contact several tank installation;' companies_for ~ •
brief proposals and estimates.
Purchase of the Machado property adjacent to the City
Hall was discussed and Councilrinan Pence was to have more
information available at ~he adjourned meeting February 8,

Mr. An.derson was to notify Young Bros., Addison Wood
and.John Baxter, the estimate for sewer installation in the
Grand Avenue, Fair Daks area was $37,000.QO
A motion was made by Councilman Iiartwig, seconded by
Councilman_Jacobs to allow Murl Sloan to purchase paint and
paint the City:.House on E1m Street. All members.present

Closing the City Hall from 12 noon to 1s00 p.m. was
discussed_and Councilman Lee was to notify Chief Richardson.

(Rena Street Assessment District)
On motion of Councilman Hartwig, and seconded by
Councilman Pence and on the following roll-call vote, to-
wit:
AYES: Burt, Hartwig, Pence, Jacobs and Lee
ABSENT: None
NOES: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 31st day of
January, 1961.
Upon motion the meeting,adjourned to 5:30 p.m., Wednesday
February 8, 1961. ,
